Rainy Day + helping hands = Quick Shop makeover

Its amazing what a little rearranging can do. Nothing better than a makeover that costs $0 (thanks to a good friend who is always eager to help and a few things selling to make room to rearrange.) We had a good day and the shop looks brand new..again! I say that every time.Easter Sunday I had a little visitor who was eager to help paint my front door..he did a great job (hard to find a painter on Easter Sunday)I had a turquoise in my head and thankfully the girl at Home Depot took the time to play around with the colour and we came up with our own perfect blue.My husband removed a 1960 something huge, ugly, rusted,  air conditioner out from above the front door and replaced the hole with a piece of glass, what a difference it makes, there is so much light pouring in now..$20 for the glass.
Have to say goodbye to a beautiful piece of furniture tonight, a signed Bowmanville armoire made by Morris Furniture and Undertaker, but thankful it is staying in Bowmanville and can visit it anytime.
Isn't it nice to see the grass turning green?
